The DII Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) offers a Business Analysis Mentoring Program.

We provide assistance to individuals or staff that are or will be evaluating information technology (IT) projects for their agencies.

Program participants are mentored by a more experienced Business Analyst while developing the requirements for a project in their agencies or one with statewide (enterprise) impact.  Through weekly or bi-weekly meetings, a BA process is established and implemented.  The length of the mentorship varies but generally begins at the project inception and is followed until project closure.
